How will you open the lesson?
The library can run in a browser, in a desktop application or from a school server. Desktop activation needs an internet connection.

Before the children come in.
Start in the teaching room
List the computer, screen, speakers and connections. Include the access needs of the pupils and teachers who will use the room.
Arrange installation
Installation is arranged with your IT team. Raise any permission or network restrictions and agree the equipment checks.
Name who needs access
List the staff, learners and locations you want included in the licence discussion.
Rehearse with an activity
The activity menu groups the material by unit and lesson. Choose an activity to open it. Ask teachers to try their chosen activity on the classroom equipment and identify any training they need.
Whose access needs arranging?
A separate identity and subscription service controls who can open a lesson. Access can be granted and withdrawn.

Can it connect to our existing systems?
There are no integrations today — no student information system, no other learning platform, no single sign-on beyond the account the school is given.
What equipment should we discuss?
Send the computer and operating-system details, together with the screen, speakers and network you intend to use. Include restrictions on installation or internet access.
What support should we arrange?
Name the help your teachers and IT team need. Agree who to contact, what support covers and the response arrangements in the proposal.
What about keyboard or screen-reader access?
The activities are visual and audio-led, built for a pointer or finger. They have not been assessed against an accessibility standard.
