The plain rules for using speakenglish.courses and buying Rainbow English courses.
Who we are and who this is for
speakenglish.courses presents the Rainbow English courses for children aged 4 to 8. This website is for adults (18 or older): parents, carers and teachers. Children play lessons at rainbow.speakenglish.courses using an account created by an adult.
Using the website
You may browse the site and try the demo lessons for your own, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, scrape, resell or re-host the lessons, art, audio or text, and do not try to break or overload the service.
Accounts
An account is created and managed by an adult, who is responsible for what happens on it and for keeping the sign-in details safe. Children use a nickname and an avatar only.
Families and institutions
Family subscriptions are for a family’s own non-commercial use. Schools, academies and other institutions use Rainbow under a written institutional agreement. Custom content is provided under a separate written statement of work.
Plans, prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. A paid plan covers one device unless the plan says otherwise; contact us if you need to move it. Where a plan has no online checkout, ask our sales team and we will arrange it with you by e-mail. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who may set its own terms and cookies.
Courses and changes
Course content can be improved over time. We may change prices for future purchases; a price you have already paid does not change.
Our content
The lessons, characters, art, audio and text are owned by us or used under licence. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the courses you bought.
Our responsibility
We take care to make the lessons accurate and safe, but we provide them as they are, with no guarantee of a particular learning result. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction.
